Position Description Summary

The Associate Director, R&D Digital Enablement supports the implementation of digital initiatives in R&D through business analysis, process optimization, and agile delivery support. Drives collaboration across teams to enable smooth adoption of digital tools and optimize business workflows.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct business process analysis and stakeholder interviews to support digital project scoping.
  • Assist in designing and reengineering R&D workflows to align with digital tools.
  • Serve as scrum master or agile team facilitator to ensure progress and alignment.
  • Support change management activities including training, communications, and user engagement.
  • Track adoption metrics and contribute to value realization assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and resolve implementation issues.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Life Sciences, or Technology-related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in business analysis, digital enablement, or agile delivery.
  • Familiarity with agile frameworks, digital adoption techniques, and workflow design.
  • Working knowledge of digital tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Miro, or equivalents.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
