Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction and engineering industry.
• Background in claims management from contractor or subcontractor perspective.
• Experience in adjudication and formal dispute processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the drafting of expert witness reports.
• Develop contract and commercial strategies.
• Manage project records to establish quantum related to claims.
