Overview

We're partnering with a well-established Bristol-based cost consultancy that delivers high-value projects across the commercial, residential and mixed-use sectors. They currently have a small QS team of 10 and are looking to grow the team, offering a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Director to take a leadership role.

The Role

As an Associate Director, you\'ll take a strategic leadership position within the business, combining project oversight with client relationship management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading major cost management and commercial projects
  • Managing and mentoring senior and junior surveyors
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Advising clients on procurement strategy, risk management, and cost planning
  • Supporting business growth through new opportunities and frameworks
