You will shape quality strategies across NPD and Analytical Development, ensuring compliance and enabling smooth product progression from development to commercialisation. You will lead a global quality operations function, oversee GMP documentation, batch release, audits and continuous improvement, and develop a high-performing Technical Quality team to deliver patient

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology or related field.
• Proven pharmaceutical quality operations experience with GMP systems and manufacturing processes.
• Eligibility for QP status preferred, with experience supporting analytical development, pre-commercial and commercial activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Quality across New Product Development (NPD) and Analytical Development (AD) functions, ensuring robust quality oversight throughout product lifecycle stages.
• Support the development and maintenance of comprehensive quality systems, including GMP documentation review and batch release activities.
