Role responsibilities include:

• Leading the implementation and effectiveness of a quality management system, ensuring compliance with business, statutory, legal, and contractual requirements.
• Supporting a quality assurance team and engaging with stakeholders to manage compliance and risk.
• Driving change and business improvement initiatives.

Essential qualifications and skills:

• Extensive knowledge of quality management systems and ISO9001 standards.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Experience in development and implementation of operational tools and techniques.
• Formal auditor training and quality assurance experience.
• Leadership experience, including line management and stakeholder management, especially with senior stakeholders.
• Educational qualification: Degree or equivalent.

Additional desirable skills include knowledge of other ISO standards such as ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO44001, and ISO27001, and membership in relevant professional bodies.
