Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for larger projects from feasibility to completion
• Provide commercial and cost advice to clients throughout the lifecycle
• Own key client relationships and act as trusted contact
• Develop existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Lead on business development and contribute to winning new work
• Mentor junior team members and support their development
• Provide guidance across the wider portfolio
• Collaborate with Directors to grow the business
• Help shape the future direction of the consultancy
