Cobalt are delighted to be supporting a market leading Commercial Property Management organisation, on the appointment of an Associate Director to join their Office Buildings team in London. In this role, you'll take full ownership across occupier engagement, service charge budgeting, compliance, leasing support, and asset strategy delivery. You'll be working with occupiers, clients, and partners to drive performance, improve customer experience, and deliver best-in‑class property management.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing day‑to‑day operations and service charge budgets
  • Delivering occupier satisfaction and retention initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance, sustainability, and ESG action plans
  • Supporting asset management strategies and client objectives

What we’re looking for:

  • MRICS (or working towards) with property management experience
  • Strong knowledge of leases, service charges, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, organised, and committed to delivering results

Salary between £60,000 - £75,000 plus bonus, benefits and hybrid working
