Turner & Townsend's Energy and natural resources division seeks a Director of Planning to lead planning & scheduling across complex programmes. You will develop detailed project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery while aligning with wider business goals.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Planning to oversee and manage the planning processes. This leadership role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction, ensuring that planning operations align with organizational goals, and facilitating effective resource allocation. The Planner will collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders to create, implement, and track comprehensive plans that drive successful project outcomes.
You have professional Project Controls experience specialising in Planning & Scheduling in one or more sectors across the whole Project lifecycle. While nuclear experience is desirable it is not an absolute requirement. You have strong knowledge and proficiency with Primavera (P6) and other planning and resourcing software and can coordinate and work with other teams utilising your multi-disciplinary knowledge.
You will be a strong communicator, able to demonstrate leadership behaviours with the ability to influence, manage, motivate, coach and develop a team by fostering a diverse and inclusive environment. You promote empowerment and contribution and have a passion to build a community and support network beyond your delivery role.
