The associate director partnerships and impact will strengthen our external partnerships so that our partners, our scholars, and our stakeholders across Cambridge, can benefit more fully from the potential our partnering role offers.

You will achieve this by i) bringing greater structure to how we manage relationships, ii) increasing our engagement with partners, and iii) implementing a new impact framework so that we can tell a much stronger story to partners about the difference their support makes.

You will also have the opportunity to design and implement our first alumni engagement programme, growing a global community of Cambridge Trust scholars inspired to engage with our work.
