What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Set and manage goals for client engagements within your pod
- Ensure adherence to best practices across all marketing channels and mediums
- Support strategists in obtaining campaign approvals and addressing roadblocks
- Foster accountability and leadership within your team through proactive communication
- Achieve key performance metrics including NSM attainment and client satisfaction ratings
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a performance marketing or related industry
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics and best practices, particularly in SaaS and tech
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Ability to set strategic goals and drive accountability across teams
- Familiarity with analytics tools and performance monitoring
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with Customer Generation methodologies and LTV:CAC modeling
- Background in B2B tech marketing or similar environments
