Job summary

A leading environmental consultancy in Leeds seeks an Associate or Associate Director in Environmental Consents. You will contribute to significant onshore renewable energy projects, leading environmental assessments and planning applications. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, strong experience with Environmental Impact Assessments, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. This role is a unique opportunity to influence the energy transition towards Net Zero while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Chartered status or actively working towards chartership.
• Demonstrable experience in delivering EIA for onshore renewables.
• Familiarity with consenting processes for onshore renewables projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate environmental contributions across projects.
• Grow onshore renewables sector offer and win new business.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
