We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust as Associate Director of Operations for Children, Young People & Families (CYPF). This is a pivotal role within our Care Group, responsible for driving operational excellence, improving outcomes, and leading transformation across a Care Unit which is delivering integrated services and has been judged "Outstanding" and "Good" by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
You will work within the Triumvirate Leadership Team, partnering with clinical and professional leads to deliver Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well-Led Services and clinical pathways for children, young people, and families. Your leadership will focus on operational delivery, transformation, service redesign, performance improvement, and partnership working to ensure the best possible outcomes for the communities we serve.
You will work closely with Partners across the Integrated Care Board (ICB), Local Government, and the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector, delivering shared priorities, including: Best Start for Children, Young People and Families, The multi‑agency Families First Programme and The NHS Long Term Plan (Ten‑Year Forward View).
We are seeking a candidate with the ability to lead with purpose internally and across partnerships, driving innovation and transformation that makes a measurable difference.
Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. The cost of the DBS application is £26.40 (standard) or £54.40 (enhanced), this cost will be deducted from your salary over the first 2 months of employment.
You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. An annual fee of £16 per year applies.
