Cobalt is working with a leading property management business to appoint an Associate Director to help lead the delivery of facilities management across a regional portfolio of commercial assets.

This is a senior leadership role where you'll support the Head of FM in managing a high‑performing team while driving operational consistency, compliance, and service excellence across a varied estate. With line management responsibility for several direct reports and visibility across all core service areas, this is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines strong leadership with hands‑on operational credibility.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring performance across a wide range of properties, acting as a trusted point of contact for internal teams, occupiers, and clients, and helping shape and deliver the wider FM strategy.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Acting as the senior point of escalation for FM delivery across a regional portfolio
  • Leading a team of Facilities Managers and supporting their development, performance, and succession
  • Overseeing health and safety compliance across multiple properties, including reporting and audits
