What the day will look like

In this wide and varied role your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactive identification and generation of transaction activity with Aon's extensive Corporate client base;
  • Working alongside the sponsor coverage team to develop, originate and manage mid-market relationships across the UK
  • Own and develop trusted advisory relationships across a range of key target clients;
  • Deliver revenue growth from target clients through handling the delivery of high-quality client service and deliverables;
  • Act as a Corporate M&A subject matter expert to support client teams to build relationships, win and deliver engagements
  • Working with Aon colleagues to drive and develop new, innovative solutions;
  • Establishing a robust internal network to uncover client possibilities and support the provision of outstanding customer care;
  • Own and develop relationships with the M&A advisory and sponsor community;

  • Strong internal and external networking experience and abilities;

  • Goal-oriented with strong business acumen and client centric approach;

  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills;
  • Passionate about M&A and providing exceptional client service;
  • Significant M&A advisory experience gained from a Big 4, investment bank, corporate finance boutique or fund manager;
  • Deep M&A sector knowledge and expertise
