A leading infrastructure management firm in the UK is seeking an Associate Director: Lifecycle Programmes to manage lifecycle programmes in Bristol or Daresbury. This permanent position requires significant experience in delivering lifecycle programmes in PFI/PPP environments. The ideal candidate will possess MRICS or MCIOB credentials and a strong knowledge of building regulations. A competitive salary of up to £77,000 and excellent benefits including hybrid working and professional development support are offered.
Our client are looking to recruit an Associate Director: Lifecycle Programmes on a full time, permanent contract basis. This role can be based in either Bristol or Daresbury, and will report to the Director of Programmes.
The Associate Director- Lifecycle Programmes is accountable for managing defined lifecycle programmes within the Technical Management Programmes function. This includes oversight of outsourced resource appointments, strategic client briefs, work package creation, delivery processes, project data sharing and reporting.
They are a dedicated team of infrastructure experts sharing a core understanding: that effective day to day management delivers value, stability and returns over the long term. As one of the largest SPV and Asset Management service providers to the PPP / PFI infrastructure market, they seek to protect and enhance the value of their investor's assets, which currently stand at £3bn.
