Role Summary and Impact

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our expanding Global Investment Team, working across high-profile clients and contributing directly to our mission of driving client transformation. You will leverage your existing media knowledge and gain hands‑on experience in:

• Strategic Investment Management: Develop a holistic overview of WPP Media global investment targets,support WPP Media'sadvanced trading products, and identify holistic media value opportunities at an unprecedented scale.
• Digital Partnerships & Innovation: Collaborate with WPP Media global partners. Identify and implement innovativeinvestment solutions and strategies, integrating advanced AIand data-driven insights, to unlock new value for our clients.
• Global Engagement: Work with our most significant clientsand collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across globalmarkets, spanning Asia, North America, Europe, and LatAm, gaining invaluable international experience.

Skills and Experience

We are seeking media professionals with experience who are ready to take on more responsibility and elevate their career to the next level. Your current experience may have been built at an auditor, as a buyer within a local market, at a media vendor or within a regional or global investment management agency team. Key skills and areas of focus for this role include:

Advanced Analytical Prowess:

• Your existing aptitude for mathsand attention to detail will be critical, as well as your curious nature to ask questions, understand the context and build the data story.
• You will haveadvanced skills in data analysisand be looking to develop data visualisation skillsusing industry-leading tools such as Power BI. An interest in code, VBA/macro writingskills, Alteryx or Tableau will be an advantage but not essential.

Enhanced Collaboration & Strategic Relationships:

• Developing and managing strategic and sometimes complex relationships with colleagues across teamsand key external partners, influencing outcomes.
• Developing and nurturing strong relationships with global clients, amplifying our obsession with driving their business and supporting their goals.
• You will actively contribute to and take step to lead a positive environment, fostering team spirit, driving inclusionand high-level collaboration across partieson complex projects.

Problem‑Solving & Strategic Thinking:

• You will proactively develop solution-focused approaches, leading client and auditor conversations to discuss, align, and resolve challenges, using innovation in your approach
• Further develop your market intelligence, understanding global media markets, media channel evolution, measurement approaches, and trading metrics at a strategic level and look for opportunities within their application.
• Lead on identifying practical applications for technology and AI usage within the teams’ operational processes, to maximise efficiency and unlock new ways of working.
• A proactive approach and a hunger for learning will be critical in the fast‑evolving industry

Project Management & Mentorship:

• Manage and developmore junior team members, responsible for driving high-quality work and learning agendas, thereby enhancing your leadership skills.
• Manage and lead key workstreams for critical global clients, delivering to deadlines, resolving challenges and simplifying results story to gain attention and traction.
• Proven capability at prioritising, adapting, and maintain a solutions-focused approach in a demanding, globalenvironment and ability to bring junior team members on the journey.
• Key involvement in global new business pitches, supporting to create the most competitive and holistic offers, working in an existing and fast paced environment.

Commercial:

• A commercial approach in creating solutions and managing commitments is key.
• Involvement in workstreams around WPP Media'sadvanced trading products, and a focus on unlocking holistic media value opportunities will be critical to this role.
