Job Overview:

The Associate Director, Medical & Scientific Advisor at EPG Health will play a pivotal role in driving commercial success.

As the primary scientific liaison, the Associate Director partners closely with Business Development and Client Services teams to shape, compelling, AI insight-driven proposals and presentations that resonate with client needs.

You will lead the scientific strategy for RFP responses, bid defense meetings, and client engagements, ensuring that every touchpoint reinforces EPG Health’s credibility and innovation.

The role involves coordinating cross‑functional global teams to deliver tailored solutions, developing persuasive client‑facing materials, and proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or expand scope.

Main scientific point of contact and provides global scientific oversight for key customers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 6‑8 years of relevant experience.
  • Must have commercial experience.
  • Proven people management experience.
  • Must have experience within an IME or CME setting.
  • Experience in writing/leading proposals.
