Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director to lead cost management and commercial leadership for energy infrastructure projects in the UK North region. You will manage cost planning, procurement strategies, and stakeholder engagement across major programs, guiding teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Experience with NEC3/4 or FIDIC, and a chartered status preferred, will help you drive performance in nuclear, renewables and transmission projects within a collaborative, values-driven

Qualifications

• HNC level qualification or equivalent.
• NEC3/4 or FIDIC experience.
• Cost / commercial management experience on Energy (nuclear, renewables, transmission & distribution, oil & gas, low carbon) or Infrastructure (water/utilities/rail/roads/aviation) projects.
• Experience of working on major programs or project portfolios.
• Professional Chartership (preferred).
