A fintech leader is seeking an Associate Director in London to manage the Distribution process and maintain relationships with lenders. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of experience in banking or fintech with a focus on sales or risk distribution. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to engage with corporate clients and other stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to evolve in an inclusive and innovative team environment with a competitive salary and benefits.
At FIS, our technology and our people are moving forward. We advance the way the world pays, banks and invests. We believe in building inclusive, diverse teams. Together, we innovate to help our colleagues, clients and communities succeed. If you’re ready to grow your career and make an impact in fintech, we have one question: Are you FIS?
In your new role as an Associate Director in the Distribution Team at FIS SCF (formerly Demica) you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining relationships with current and prospective investors who can support working capital financing transactions (receivables and payables) on the FIS SCF (formerly Demica) platform. You will speak to funders across the world about their appetite to invest and work with colleagues to support the origination of new financings, as well as leading aspects of the transaction around solicitation of interest from lenders and having involvement up to execution.
The Distribution Team currently has strong funder relationships with over 55 platform lenders, and a network of over 250 lenders. As the range and volume of transactions the team works on continues to grow, we are seeking an additional team member who will be involved in all aspects of activities within Distribution. This will include frequent contact with a wide range of funders including some of the world’s largest banks and non-bank investors.
At FIS, we are as committed to growing our employees’ careers as our own business.
