We're seeking Corporate Real Estate consultants with diverse expertise and seniority levels for temporary project-based roles with clients across the UK consulting team. We're looking for versatile professionals with experience in CRE and FM organisational design, operating model reviews, transformation, and FM consulting advice.

Ideal candidates will have broad experience working on large impactful consulting projects to help clients optimise their CRE & FM internal operating models, processes, and real estate portfolios to better align with business objectives, strategic goals, and improve performance and efficiencies. These roles involve working with senior client executives and JLL colleagues to deliver projects across various experience levels.

Multiple Seniority Levels Available
  • Junior Consultants (2-4 years experience): Support project delivery, data analysis, and client engagement under senior guidance
  • Mid-Level Consultants (5-7 years experience): Lead project workstreams, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver independent analysis
  • Senior Consultants (8+ years experience): Manage complex projects end-to-end, lead client relationships, and mentor junior team members

All positions require knowledge of the Corporate Real Estate lifecycle and respective functional areas, with opportunities to support broader UK Consulting practice capabilities across UK and EMEA where required.

Key Responsibilities (scaled by seniority level)
  • Project Delivery: Manage 1-3 projects simultaneously across geographies, conduct analysis for business case reports including financial assessment, and ensure compliance with client procedures
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients at appropriate levels, collect data, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Business Development: Support proposal writing, relationship building, and identify repeat business opportunities
  • Practice Support: Collaborate across JLL service streams and contribute to team development initiatives
Core Requirements

Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, organizational design experience (preferred), excellent project management abilities, financial analysis experience, and innovation mindset.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Organisational Development or related field, relevant CRE/Management Consulting experience (requirements vary by seniority level), strong analytical capabilities, outstanding communication and presentation skills, and experience with change initiatives.

Contract Details

Fixed-term contracts (1 year), hybrid working arrangements, chargeability target of 70% minimum, revenue targets may apply for senior roles.
