Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an Associate Director, Data Products Sales in London. You will manage a portfolio of CIB client relationships, lead the delivery of LBMI insights, and drive revenue through tailored data solutions.

The role requires influencing senior stakeholders, deep data understanding, and leadership to guide a team. You will collaborate with Relationship, Transaction Banking, and Platform teams to convert client needs into data-driven deliverables, while shaping sector trends

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience selling data and insight products within a consultancy or similar commercial environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end high value sales pipelines, from lead generation and pitching through to negotiation and execution.
• Experience growing and nurturing senior client relationships with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels including C-suite.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear, evidence-based and actionable insights through compelling storytelling.

What you'll be doing:

Join Lloyds Banking Group and be part of a team shaping the future of data-driven insight for Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) clients. As an Associate Director in Data Products Sales, you'll help deliver Lloyds Bank Market Intelligence (LBMI), our aggregated and anonymised transactional data proposition, giving businesses actionable insight to support strategic decision-making.

You'll handle a designated portfolio of client relationships aligned to our data strategy and lead the successful delivery of our Performance and Market Share franchise. You'll see opportunities to generate income through tailored data and insight solutions, developing leads and introductions that support growth for our team and the broader Group.

Working closely with CIB Relationship teams, Transaction Banking Products and Platform teams, you'll manage the sales pipeline from lead generation and pitching through to negotiation and execution. You'll listen to client needs, translate them into clear requirements for Data Engineers and help deliver solutions that answer key client business questions.
