How You'll Make an Impact
  • Work with leadership to align strategy with goals and maximize reach and engagement
  • Develop and implement a multi‑channel content strategy and promotion calendar
  • Create content including web, video, infographics, testimonials, collateral, and podcasts
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce thought leadership content
  • Optimize CQFI and CQF website content for improved user experience and engagement
  • Ensure search visibility across web and AI platforms
  • Create content for digital PR to support link‑building in coordination with the SEO agency
  • Create, publish, and promote content across social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Develop and execute YouTube content strategy, including publishing and optimizing videos
  • Create the CQFI events calendar, ensuring strategic alignment with marketing initiatives
  • Source and secure compelling speakers for CQFI events and podcasts
  • Grow and manage online communities through engaging content and influencer outreach
  • Handle member and community queries and feedback, fostering active participation
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance, reach, audience growth, and engagement
  • Analyze metrics across channels to optimize content and guide content strategy

You May be a Good Fit if:
  • Hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Have 5+ years' experience in digital marketing and content creation (ideally within finance or education, with a commercial focus)
