We’re proud to have been helping our clients build better financial futures for over 50 years. How have we achieved this? By working together – and supporting each other – all over the world. So, join our team and feel like you’re part of something bigger.
Our clients come from all walks of life and so do we. We are proud of our inclusive culture and encourage applications from the widest mix of talent, whatever your age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, social background and more.
As a flexible employer, we trust our people to perform their role in the way that works best for them, our clients and our business. We are a disability-friendly company and would welcome a conversation with you if you feel you might benefit from any reasonable adjustments to perform to the best of your ability during the recruitment process and beyond.
We are a global team that supports the Chief People Officer in driving change and innovation. This includes ensuring we prioritise the right initiatives to implement our people strategy and meet the needs of Fidelity’s global businesses, and working closely with a broad range of solution providers including HRIS, Technology, Business Change, and Enterprise AI to ensure initiatives are successfully implemented and embedded. These can include global transformation programmes that drive a winning culture in our businesses, as well as regulatory initiatives, operational process enhancements, and system changes that improve the way we operate.
This newly created role will lead the evolution of an AI-powered HR function by overseeing all AI governance and enablement within the Chief People Office. You will be accountable for ensuring our AI use complies with internal governance frameworks and external regulatory requirements, while embedding responsible and ethical practices at the core of how we operate. Alongside this oversight, you will drive AI literacy across CPO, helping colleagues understand, adopt and confidently use AI in their day-to-day work. You’ll identify, gather and prioritise high-value AI use cases, and partner with delivery teams to design and implement AI-enabled solutions that continuously enhance our processes, decision-making and ways of working.
You will bring proven experience in AI governance, responsible technology use, or digital transformation, ideally within HR or a people-focused function. You have strong knowledge of compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements relating to AI, combined with the ability to translate these into practical frameworks and practices. You are skilled at engaging stakeholders at all levels, building AI literacy, and fostering adoption through clear communication and change enablement. With strong analytical and project management skills, you thrive in shaping emerging areas and driving innovation, ensuring that new AI capabilities are delivered responsibly, embraced across the organisation, and create measurable impact.
For starters, we’ll offer you a comprehensive benefits package. We’ll value your wellbeing and support your development. And we’ll be as flexible as we can about where and when you work – finding a balance that works for all of us. It’s all part of our commitment to making you feel motivated by the work you do and happy to be part of our team.
