An international professional services firm in Birmingham is seeking an Associate Director Cost Manager to oversee cost management on diverse projects in sectors like Industrial and Manufacturing. This role entails managing budgets, client relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Candidates should have cost management experience, preferably with an MRICS qualification, and excellent communication skills. We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director Cost Manager to join our team in Birmingham. The teamwork with both Public and Private sector Clients on a variety of projects including Regeneration, Residential, Sport & Leisure, Industrial, Manufacturing and Commercial Developer schemes.
Previous experience in Industrial, Manufacturing or Automotive sectors is preferred.
You will be responsible for managing costs and budgets of construction projects, from early cost advice to settlement of the final account. Responsibility includes managing customer relationships to ensure service deliverables.
