Requirements

• Experience within a transactional and/or advisory tax practice
• Strong technical understanding of UK and international tax rules and structures
• Ability to handle a varied workload involving both advisory and transaction‑based matters
• Experience or interest in areas such as real estate, funds, private equity, corporate or related sectors
• Demonstrated ability to deliver clear, commercial advice
• Proven capability to lead aspects of client engagements and support junior team members.
• Suitability for an Associate Director level role, reflecting both technical expertise and growing client/leadership responsibilities
