The Role

As Associate Director – Corporate Lawyer (Transactional Services), you will:

• Provide expert legal advice on M&A, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations.
• Assist with leading and developing the high-performing ALS team, ensuring seamless collaboration and strategic growth.
• Work closely with senior leadership to drive operational excellence and risk management.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will be!

• Qualified Solicitor – in any of the jurisdictions in UK or Republic of Ireland
• Extensive experience of corporate law gained working in a leading commercial law firm
• Technically strong you will have an in-depth knowledge of M & A and corporate transactional work to include contract law
• Excellent leadership skills with previous experience of managing teams
• Excellent communication skills adept at developing strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Able to think strategically and drive innovation in the delivery of legal services
