The Role
Responsibilities
  • Support the Chief of Staff in acting as a strategic advisor to the Global Consult Leader and Consult Leadership team

  • Lead on specific transformation initiatives in partnership with the Consult Transformation Lead

  • Ensure timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives for the Global Consult Leader and Chief of Staff

  • Support Chief of Staff and Global Consult Lead in meetings and assuming responsibility for completion of action items.

  • Manage calendars and prioritize time and schedule in partnership with the diary administration team

  • Maintain accurate confidential files and data records

  • Prepare agendas, plan, and help execute team meetings

  • Tight connection with communications and marketing to ensure preparation for wide audience events (e.g., townhalls), internal, and external communications

  • Support the Chief of Staff with the execution of various aspects of the Leader’s commitments and deliverables.

  • Prioritizing incoming requests and assisting the Chief of Staff with long term planning

  • Actively design and/or contribute to projects and initiatives involving or sponsored by the leader

  • Providing your own unique insight and problem solve with the Leader in your areas of strength

  • Good understanding of technology consulting and delivery across various stacks including but not limited to:

Required Skills and Experience
  • Degree preferred in a relevant field.

  • 5+ years of experience in customer facing/engagement role(s).

  • Experience in managing and presenting at a senior executive level.

  • Technical background, including IT strategy, enterprise architecture, transformation programs, and IT operating model design.

  • Ability to take diverse data points and build a comprehensive message to tell a story.

  • Strong track record of performance and recognized as a high-potential leader.

  • Proven experience leading and working with diverse, cross-functional teams.

  • Strong business acumen and commercial sense.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and the ability to build impactful deck.

  • Proven experience with multi-tasking and organization skills.

  • Transformative and strategic thinker.

  • Excellent written and verbal executive communication skills.

  • Discretion and high integrity.

  • Ability to proactively solve problems to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working in IT professional services / consulting environments.
