Associate Director - White Collar Construction Recruitment

Location: London (5 days in office - 4 & 1 after probation). Salary: £60,000-£70,000 basic + commission. Commission: 10%-30% of monthly billings + team override.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing recruitment desk focused on white collar construction roles.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive individual and team billings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and candidates across the London construction market.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members to maximize performance and professional growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and work closely with management to expand client portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on all recruitment activity.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a recruiter in the construction sector (white collar roles preferred).
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding billing targets.
  • Experience leading or managing a team is highly desirable, but ambitious individuals looking for a leadership step are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • London-based and able to work in the office as required.
Expectations
  • Individual billings: £250K
  • Team billings: £750K
