Qualifications

  • Professional with strong analytical capabilities and passion for resolving complex contractual matters.
  • Experience in claims, disputes, or contentious QS work is essential.
  • Proactive, detail-focused with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts and stakeholder relationships.
  • Prepare and evaluate construction claims and variations.
  • Conduct detailed forensic analysis of project records.
  • Provide commercial advice for adjudication, arbitration, and litigation.
  • Manage a team of surveyors.
