AtkinsRéalis in the UK seeks an Associate or Associate Director Civil Engineer to lead and deliver civil engineering solutions across major infrastructure projects. You will mentor team members, drive sustainable outcomes and work with multidisciplinary colleagues from concept through delivery.

You will contribute to shaping technical excellence, innovation and client value while supporting career progression and a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil engineering design and project delivery.
• A degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered or Incorporated status with ICE or equivalent OR ability to become chartered within 12 months.
• Experience within multidisciplinary project environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A passion for solving complex engineering challenges.

This position can be based from any of our major offices of London Nova, Epsom, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, or Glasgow.
