Prosper Consulting in Central London (Marylebone) seeks an Associate Director to lead high-value projects with minimal supervision. You will oversee industrial, prime residential and commercial office schemes ranging from £10M to £100M, reporting to the Director on a weekly basis.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of delivery experience within a UK Construction & Property consultancy, with sector exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working for a UK based Construction & Property Consultancy (essential).
• 5+ years’ experience delivering projects.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in one of the listed sectors above (preferable).

Associate Director - Central London (Marylebone)

The Role: Unique opportunity to join a thriving consultancy and work without supervision – reporting once a week to the Director.

My client, a dynamic group Project Managers, Cost Consultants and Building Surveyors has several requirements across the business and are happy to speak with candidates from AD to Director.

You will deliver various challenging industrial (logistical), prime residential & commercial office projects, values ranging from £10M - £100M.

Director Quote: “We are not looking for work winners, although this wouldn’t be discounted – we just need experienced people to deliver projects without supervision.”

Job Location: Central London (Marylebone)

Head Count: 70+

Requirements for the Associate Director:

Experience working for a UK based Construction & Property Consultancy (essential)

Experience in one of the listed sectors above (preferable)

Able to work with minimal supervision

5+ years’ experience clearly demonstrated delivering projects
