The Role

As an Associate Director in the Business Tax Advisory team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic tax solutions for high-profile clients. You’ll lead complex advisory projects, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the development of a high-performing team.



Key Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with large corporate, listed, and international clients.

  • Deliver strategic tax planning and advisory services tailored to client business activities and transactions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to provide integrated solutions.

  • Manage client portfolios, including fee negotiation and WIP oversight.

  • Mentor and develop junior team members through technical guidance and performance management.

  • Identify and win new advisory work, contributing to business growth.

  • Partner with other service lines such as M&A, risk advisory, and digital consulting on multidisciplinary projects.



Candidate Profile


  • ACA and/or CTA qualified (or qualified by experience).

  • Proven experience in corporate tax advisory for large, listed, and international groups.

  • Strong technical tax knowledge and commercial awareness.

  • Track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-value advisory work.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Experience in business development and cross-service line collaboration.
