The Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within either a site network organization or a Contract Research Organization (CRO) environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth across the site network.
• Identify, engage, and manage key stakeholders within pharma, biotech, and CRO partners.
• Lead negotiations and contracting processes to secure new business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including operations, clinical, and leadership to ensure alignment on growth objectives.

• Represent the organization at industry conferences, meetings, and networking events.
