Beach Baker is recruiting a Building Surveyor in Bristol for a small, autonomous team. You will handle a mix of professional and project-based instructions on commercial properties, with a clear path as number two in the team.

The role suits a candidate with MRICS, who can work in a non-corporate environment and manage client relationships, including pension fund clients. Office-based in City Centre Bristol.

Role Features:

• Office based in the City Centre.
• Joining a small Building Surveying team of 2 people in Bristol (Beach Baker placed the hiring manager) and part of a national team of 20.
• Dealing with a full range instructions on a variety of commercial properties (no public sector work).
• Workload is a mix of professional and project based instructions.
• Very non-corporate culture and strong company values (people focused company).

• The successful candidate will be the ‘number 2’ in a small team, therefore having a clear career progression path.

• Straight forward company processes (including no timesheets) and no internal politics which mean their surveyors are given lots of working autonomy to deliver the best service to clients.
