Blaymires Recruitment is representing a leading Surveying and Consultancy practice based near Romsey, Hampshire, which is seeking an Associate Director – Building Surveyor to join its growing team.

The consultancy partners closely with clients to assess and manage cladding combustibility risk, building defects, and remedial issues. Their client base includes social housing providers, landlords, private consortiums, and management companies.

They are now looking for an Associate Director to lead and support the existing Building Surveying team. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the direction of a well-established consultancy while advancing your own career as a strategic leader.

Role Overview
  • Lead a wide range of Building Surveying projects across the commercial and residential sectors.
