Job Title: Associate Director/Technical Director - Building Performance Modelling Lead

Location: Bristol

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage building performance modelling projects
  • Conduct Part L compliance assessments and TM52, TM59 overheating evaluations.
  • Perform TM54 operational energy assessments and develop energy strategies.
  • Drive initiatives for Net Zero and Low Carbon Design.
  • Support bid preparation
  • Knowledge of green building standards such as BREEAM, LEED, WELL, FITWELL, Ect.
  • Team Management and mentoring
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Degree in engineering, environmental, architectural, or sustainability disciplines.
  • Membership in a related professional institution
  • Certification as a Low Carbon Energy Assessor (LCEA)
  • NABERS assessor
  • Must be able to obtain UK Security Check (SC) vetting level
