Job summary

BMI Geo Risk Signals, a Fitch Solutions company, is seeking a Product Specialist to drive client management and renewals from London. You will blend political risk expertise with product knowledge to support cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

You will partner with Fitch Solutions’ commercial teams to manage trials, client onboarding, and prospect outreach, while training teams on the offering and contributing to business growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of client-facing sales/relationship management experience in political risk or macroeconomic research.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (International Affairs, Political Science, etc.).
  • Experience working in global teams and partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Grow Geo Risk Signals client book in collaboration with Fitch Solutions’ commercial team.

BMI Geo Risk Signals fuses political science and computer science to measure and predict political risk with unprecedented accuracy. Our core technology is a proprietary suite of real-time indicators and predictive analytics available via web application, custom dashboards and API.
In this role you will work collaboratively with Fitch Solutions colleagues focused on Geo Risk Signals client management and business development across all client sectors; including asset management, banking, global corporations, and insurance.
As a Product Specialist you will blend your experience in the political risk domain with in-depth product knowledge and commercial acumen, to drive and support Geo Risk Signals renewal, cross-sell, up-sell, and new logo pipelines.
You will both drive and support client management and service delivery, prospect discovery and development, trial management and on-boarding.
As such, this role will contribute to the growth and success of BMI Geo Risk Signals and the broader business.
How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Contribute to the growth of Geo Risk Signals’ client book in close collaboration with colleagues across Fitch Solutions’ commercial team
  • Drive value to both clients and prospective clients of Geo Risk Signals, via exploratory use case discussions, product demo’s and trial / client management
  • Lead internal training sessions on the Geo Risk Signals offering and provide guidance and support on client / prospect outreach initiatives
  • Be self-motivated, able to generate ideas and demonstrate initiative, tenacity and perseverance

You May Be a Good Fit If

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (i.e., International Affairs, Political Science, etc.)
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of client facing sales/account management/relationship management experience within the political risk industry and / or macroeconomic research
  • You demonstrate good history of working well in global teams, in partnership
