Novartis Pharmaceuticals UK Ltd. is seeking a Global Process Manager for Assessment & Selection to design, optimise, and govern our assessment solutions.
You will lead cross-functional change, implement a refreshed assessment approach, and drive vendor collaboration within a hybrid working model. You will manage end-to-end assessment processes, embed data governance, and partner with Talent teams to support fair and scalable selection and development initiatives.
Salary Range: £67,130.00 - £124,670.00

Alongside your assessment expertise, you will serve as the Global Process Manager for the Assessment & Selection function, optimising how we work, improving user experiences, strengthening governance, and driving continuous improvement across our processes, tools, vendor ecosystem, and cross-functional partnerships. A significant part of this role will also involve leading and supporting change management as we implement our new assessment strategy, introduce new vendors, and embed a refreshed assessment approach across the organisation. Through this work, you will help deliver high-quality, scalable, and future-ready assessment solutions.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 67,130.00 - 124,670.00 GBP The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
