Job summary

Black & White Engineering is seeking an Associate Director to lead acoustics consultancy projects across building, infrastructure and environmental sectors in Greater London. You will provide technical and strategic leadership, support project delivery, develop client relationships and shape the growth of the acoustics function.

You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure acoustic performance aligns with design, operations, and commercial goals.

Qualifications

• Strong acoustics consultancy experience across building, infrastructure or environmental projects.
• Ability to lead technical delivery and provide quality assurance on project outputs.

As an Associate Director within our Acoustics team, you'll provide technical and strategic leadership across a range of high-profile developments. You'll support project delivery, develop client relationships and help shape the future growth of the acoustics function while maintaining the highest technical standards.

Working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, you'll oversee acoustic assessments and design advice throughout the project lifecycle. From concept design through to delivery, you'll help ensure projects achieve the required acoustic performance while balancing operational, technical and commercial objectives.
