Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an Associate Director for our Reading office to lead accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of clients. You will drive business development in collaboration with the Partner Group, coach and develop our AFR team, and ensure high-quality IFRS/FRS102 reporting for clients ranging from private corporates to PE-owned groups.

You’ll manage project budgets, working capital, and billings while nurturing client relationships and leading teams to deliver premium services.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with UK GAAP/IFRS expertise.
• Experience coaching and developing teams.
• Strong ability to develop new client relationships and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of clients.
• Identify opportunities and participate in business development activities.
• Manage AFR team performance and development plans for junior staff.
• Budgeting, cost management, and billing for projects.
• Collaborate with Partners on strategic client plans.
