Overview
Key Duties (Including but not limited to)
  • Lead in the day-to-day management of projects and delivery of client work. You will engage with all key stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met, risks are managed, and the quality of work is to the highest standard.
  • Take responsibility for developing more junior members of the team, understanding their career aspirations and supporting their delivery.
  • Support business development activities by building strong internal and external networks to help foster new clients and opportunities. In addition, you will be a key member of the team taking their capital modelling and model validation services to market.

Experience required
  • Minimum criteria you’ll need is UK professional services experience with deep experience in capital and / or reserving.
  • Experience in Part VII transfers, Lloyds Statements of Actuarial Opinion and the Solvency II (or Solvency UK) Standard Formula.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, work to tight deadlines and a track record of producing high quality work.
  • Monitoring junior team members work and coaching / career development.
