The Associate Director Quantity Surveyor

The successful Associate Director Quantity Surveyor will play a key leadership role within the commercial team, overseeing the delivery of multiple infrastructure schemes while mentoring and developing junior staff. This is a pivotal Associate Director Quantity Surveyor position that combines team leadership, client interface, and strategic input across the business.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, the Associate Director Quantity Surveyor will manage and support pre- and post-contract activities, provide contractual advice, and take the lead on cost management and reporting across key projects.
