Hybrid | London office but can also be fully remote if desired.

Salary: £65,000 – £80,000, depending on experience - AD to SAD/Director level considered

We’re working with a brilliant independent research agency to find an exceptional Associate Director to join their Healthcare team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic, hands-on healthcare researcher to work on global, high-impact projects - with a strong focus on qualitative research, and the chance to influence thinking at the highest level.

About the role:

  • Lead and manage 2–3 international healthcare research projects at a time
  • Mentor and support junior team members
  • Develop new and existing client relationships
  • Take ownership from design through to delivery and storytelling
  • Work collaboratively in a supportive, high-performing team
