Job description
Role Overview

As an Associate Director in our Land & Property Team, you will lead the delivery of land services across major infrastructure and utility projects. You will manage stakeholder engagement, land access negotiations, and acquisition strategies, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, ethically, and in line with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead land referencing, access, and acquisition activities across multiple projects.
  • Manage relationships with landowners, occupiers, agents, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of land schedules, notices, and agreements.
  • Collaborate with planning, environment, and engineering teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Support the development of junior staff and contribute to team growth and capability.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, codes of practice, and internal standards.
  • Provide strategic input into project planning and risk management.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in land management, property, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of Irish land law, compulsory purchase, and utility sector practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g., RICS, IRWA, or similar) preferred, or QBE (qualified by experience, minimum 5+ years experience).
