Our client, a highly respected and market-leading property agency is looking up to an Associate Director hire to join their Land & Investment team in Edinburgh.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious land and development professional to join a well-established team with a strong reputation across Scotland. You will play a key role in advising landowners, developers, investors and institutional clients, while helping to drive the continued growth of the business in the Scottish market.

You will be involved in the delivery of high-profile land and development transactions, providing strategic advice to clients and identifying opportunities to generate new business.

Key Responsibilities Will Include
  • Leading land and development transactions from instruction through to completion
