Job description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital Product team at Marsh. This role will be based in Norwich. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:
  • Manage moderate scale regional digital products and services end-to-end to achieve business outcomes in coordination with your delivery partners.
  • Participate in product discovery exercises focused on crystallizing the end‑user need and curating demand for your digital product domain.
  • Manage the conversion of high‑level business requirements and use‑cases into detailed functional specifications and user‑stories.
  • Coordinate with colleagues focused on data standards and governance to ensure product alignment with key data efforts.
  • Undertake regular work stream meetings, documenting and following‑up on actions and risks identified from the meetings and escalating where needed, while ensuring remediation action plans are implemented.
  • Develop comprehensive change management and benefits realization plans to ensure successful delivery of key change.
  • Develop methods for the regional implementation of long‑term product goals and objectives for highly complex and regional projects, evaluating regional needs within a global structure.

  • Degree in computer science, business management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and consumer feedback.
  • Ability to analyse industry trends and competitor behaviour.
  • Exceptional ability to identify improved product features and contribute to marketing strategies.
