MBR Dental are assisting a dental practice in Swanley, Kent to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent basis. The role is typically 2 days per week, with space Mondays and Saturdays per the ad, and offers a negotiable UDA target and 50% private revenue share.

Remuneration ranges £40,000–£70,000 per year, based on 2 days weekly, with in-house training and development opportunities. The practice has 2 surgeries, supported by hygienists and qualified dental nurses.

• Manage NHS, Private and Plan patient list.
• Deliver General Dentistry and cosmetic procedures as offered by the practice.

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Swanley, Kent to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Available as soon as possible.
• Notice periods are taken into consideration.
• Surgery space Monday 8am-6pm and Saturday 8-5pm.

Remuneration and Benefits:

• Negotiable UDA target and rate.
• 50% split on Private revenue.
• Dentist will be managing a list of NHS, Private and Plan.
• Typical earnings of £40,000-£70,000 per year (based on 2 days per week).
