Job summary

Bupa Dental Care Winchester is seeking an Associate Dentist to grow private income in a supportive environment. A guaranteed minimum income of £400 per day is offered for the first three months, with NHS appointments supplementing the private diary to provide financial stability while building a private practice.

You will work up to 3 days per week (Mon, Wed, Fri) in an established, Grade II listed setting with Dentally software, digital x-rays, and a dedicated support team.

Qualifications

• Private growth focus for private income development.
• NHS activity may supplement during ramp-up to ensure financial stability.
• Experience in private dentistry preferred, NHS experience acceptable during growth.

Responsibilities

• Grow private patient base while maintaining NHS activity during ramp-up.
• Deliver high-quality patient care in a modern, fully equipped practice.
• Collaborate with hygienist and support staff to optimise patient flow and practice efficiency.
