Job summary

PortmanDentex is seeking an Experienced Associate Dentist to join Walkden Dental and Implant Clinic on a maternity cover basis. Start date is November 2026 with a 7-month contract.

The role offers two surgery days per week (Tuesdays and Fridays) across 8 surgeries, with parking and excellent commuter links to Manchester and Liverpool. NHS/Private mix with up to 220 UDA, NHS Performer number essential, and access to the Portman Mentoring Scheme.

Qualifications

• Experienced dentist with substantial general practice experience.
• NHS Performer number essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide general dental care for NHS/Private patients.
• Contribute to team practices with specialist clinicians.
