Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist to join our well-established independent dental client in the Bridgend area. This opportunity has arisen due to the departure of one of their valued team members. The successful candidate will inherit a thriving patient base and enjoy a supportive and well-equipped environment to excel in their role.

Key Details

Focus: General basic dentistry (e.g., checkups, cleanings, fillings) with opportunities to provide more complex treatments.

Patient Base: Inherits an existing list of patients with new patient opportunities.

Earnings: £70k – £90k per annum based on working 5 days per week.

Private to NHS Ratio: 85% Private / 15% NHS. Small NHS contract focuses on children only. An NHS performer number is advantageous but not essential.

Software & Equipment: Dentally practice management software, digital scanners, CT scanners available.

Support Team: Includes treatment coordinators to assist with patient care.

Terms: Good percentage share on all private treatments, good UDA value (DOE), lab and patient finance expenses shared 50/50.

Working Hours

5 days per week.

Ideal Candidate
